About 1.5km upstream from Monica Willams’ property on Muckalee Creek is what is known as Pirates Cove. Here R. alabamense grows densely packed along the creek bank. There is even a pale yellow flowering plant. All of the rhododendrons shown here are R. alabamense, so I am not including captions for them.
